On Fear
A fear is an uneasily noticed emotion, which is deeply situated behind human behaviour.

If sorrow or fury can drown a person, then fear can devour.

Sorrow and anger are easily named emotions, distinguished from the body; more commonly, the degree of them is slight, and they are called sadness and anger. A sadness and an anger can be refined and felt from the frustration; however, a fear can’t.

The worst thing is, the hidden fear will often be transferred into irritation or hatred towards oneself or others, which is enough to trap or kill a person invisibly.

Because facing one’s fears means facing one's own vulnerability, a vulnerability generally about esteem and value, that’s where the extreme emotions mentioned above occur; whereas, in some situations, vulnerability simply means being easily hurt, if there is a lack of other defense, it might be shown as a direct attack or escape, depending on the invididual’s personality.

Mostly, for almost basic fears, comes from the outside voice. Just ignored them, even under the pressure. If such a basic fear can be solved, an individual’s life will reach the basic level of happiness, in terms of autonomy.

The higher level of fear comes from the inner voice, which means the previous negative experience is deeply rooted in one’s memory, and once such a feeling is triggered, it occupies a high capacity to run the system to deal with such an experience again. When the system is highly focused on the potential threat, it will reduce available capacity for other tasks. Considering that processing the rationality requires lots of capacity as well, here, everything is conceded to the emotions from negative experience.

Sometimes, the boundaries between outside and inside are blurred, and it can belong to both. What matters is to distinguish which is from the outside, and which is inside. Therefore, to distinguish the position, it’s important to first accept any emotions that are triggered by fear.

Only when an individual overcomes the fear can they step further into a broader world with a stronger ability. When the world is wider, and their abilities are stronger, the fear they have will be less.
