On “I don’t want.”
“I don’t want” is an important emotion. To allow it.

“I don’t want” is an inner voice that indicates one’s inside attitude towards one thing; it’s an emotional reaction. Different from the rejection, which is already an action.

Since it’s an emotion, it should be allowed, rather than being ignored by the outside voice, like politeness, social norms, particularly for an aim. If there is an “I don’t want”, then stop, allow, and then analyze.

“I don’t want” is a delimitation to find “I want”.

For example, if one feels that they don’t want to live in one place for their entire life, then it’s already an alarm. Maybe they have no idea where to go, but the left itself is a fulfillment of “I don’t want”. If such “I don’t want” is not realized, it will leave regret for a long time.
